What are the park’s opening days and hours?

We have fun everyday! Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, at weekends from 9 AM to 9 PM. We only rest on Christmas Eve, First Day of Christmas, Easter Sunday and November 1st.

Do you have to enter at a full hour?

You can enter at any given time. Time is counted from the moment you recieve a wristband at reception. Buying a ticket online, you only choose an approximate time.

Are there limits to the number of people and do you need to book in advance?

We encourage you to buy tickets online. They’re cheaper and you have guaranteed entry.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes, there is a free parking lot for our clients behind and in front of the building.

How old do you have to be to play in GOkidz! and can kids play on their own?

We invite children from the age of 1 to play in GOkidz!.

Children aged 1 to 4 play in the Toddler Zone under parents’ or legal guardians’ suprervision.

Children aged 4-13 can play only if a guardian of age is present in the park. Parents don’t buy a ticket and can’t use the attractions. Children can be left without a parent, if they fill out the appropriate form (parents leave the child alone in the park at their own risk).

Does GOkidz! have attractions for the youngest?

Yes, we have a special zone for kids aged 1 to 4 years old.

Can adults use the attractions?

The park is only suitable for children from 1 to 18 years old. Adults can stay with younger children in the Toddler Zone, they aren’t allowed on other attractions.

What’s the dress code for GOkidz!?

Fun in GOkidz! is going to be even better, if you wear clothes that don’t restrict your movements – we recommend sportswear. You can also purchase cosmic t-shirts on site.

Are anti-slip socks mandatory?

Anti-slip socks aren’t required, normal ones are enough. You can also buy them at reception.

Wearing shoes or being barefoot in the arena is forbidden.

Is a cloakroom included in the ticket price?

Yes, it is.

Does the consent from one park apply to all your parks?

Every park has its own parent/guardian consent form. One park’s form isn’t valid in another one.

Can you eat something in GOkidz!?

Yes, we have a GOcafe café with a broad offer, located on the park’s first floor.

Can you visit GOkidz! with a dog?

Yes, your animals are welcome, as long as they don’t concern other customers. In the GOcafe area they can expect a watter bowl. 🐶

Is there a changing table in GOkidz!?

Yes, we have a parent & baby toilet, which includes a changing table and a chair for breastfeeding.

Can you take and post pictures taken in GOkidz!?

You can and should! We ecnourage you to tag us in all of them!

Do parents\guardians have to buy a ticket?

No, adults (guardians) go in with the child’s ticket and don’t use the attractions.

Can there be more than 1 guardian with the child?

Yes.

Can you pay by card or with blik in GOkidz!?

Yes, of course.

Are the ticket prices different depending on the child’s age?

No, tickets are the same price, doesn’t matter the child’s age.

Do you accept partner cards, such as Multisport?

We accept MULTISPORT KIDS and Medicover Sport (former OK System) cards.

Do you have the Big Family Card discounts?

You have a -15% discount with the Big Family Card (after showing the child’s card).

What should I do, if I haven’t received a booking confirmation by e-mail?

Check your SPAM folder. Make sure you’ve paid for your reservation. Unpaid bookings are inactive and don’t have a number assigned to them. If your payment has gone through and you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail, call the GOkidz! reception! (+48 786 123 322).

If I bought a ticket online, do I have to give my phone number at reception or is the name enough?

Phone number is always easier, but we can work with the name only.

Can I book an entrance by phone and pay on the site?

We don’t take bookings by phone or e-mail.

You can buy a ticket online. Here you’ll get the tickets cheaper and your entrance is guaranteed!

If I have a voucher, do I need to book in advance?

No need.

Can you leave the park with an all-day ticket?

No, it’s one entrance without time limit.

An all-day GOkidz! + GOjump combined ticket is an exception – you can enter each park a few times.

Can I rebook or return a ticket?

We can change the resevation date, please contact our reception in order to do it.

Is time added for dressing up?

No, time spent in the changing room is included in the stay time.

Can I give the wristband back and stay in the cafe?

No, time spent in the cafe is included in the stay time.

Do you organise birthdays?

Yes, cosmic ones! 🙂 GOkidz! is a perfect place for an unforgettable birthday party. We have many attractions, a great atmosphere, unique birthday rooms and amazing Animators. To learn more, see the BIRTHDAY tab.

How many people can we invite for the birthday party?

There is no maximum number of guests. The basic package prices provide for 10 persons (9 guests + the birthday person).

Can you bring your own snacks and drinks for the birthday party?

You can bring your own cake, fruit and food to the birthday room.

Is it possible to order a cake from you?

Yes, you can order a cake while booking the birthday party.

Do you have a fridge for the birthday cake?

Yes, we store the cakes in a fridge during the party.

Can adults stay in the birthday room with the kids?

Of course, they can. However, seating is prepared for children only. Parents are invited to GOcafe, where a booth can also be booked.

Is it possible to open a cafe bill for a birthday party?

Yes, it is. Please remember to settle the bill separately at the cafe after the event.

How much is a group ticket to GOkidz!?

Do you have to make a booking?

Yes. The eariler, the better. Especially during the Children’s Day and Santa Claus Day periods. Without prior booking, availability can’t be guaranteed.

Is there a limit on group chaperones?

There’s no limit. Chaperones are invited for a free coffee/tea in our cafe.

Do I need to prepare any documents?

Yes, we’ll e-mail you the necessary documents after the booking. Group guardian’s statement with a list of participants and parental consents. Please remember to bring these with you.

Do you have any sports classes?

Yes, JUNIOR GYM is the perfect choice for the youngest children, who are starting their sports journey. They are designed for kids from 3 to 7 years old. For more information, please visit the tab: https://gokidz.pl/zajecia

When do the classes take place?

Classes take place from Monday to Saturday. The current schedule can be found here: https://gokidz.pl/zajecia

Is it possible to come to trial classes?

Yes. If you decide to purchase a pass after the trial classes, its price will be reduced by the price of the trial classes.

Can I pay for my pass at reception?

What if we don’t come because my child gets sick?

Please e-mail us to let us know – you are entitled to a 1 hour voucher valid for 2 months once a month for a reported absence.
